Outstanding Feedback

2020 has been such a roller coaster of events, but SERVPRO of Palos Verdes still has received exceptional reviews and below is one testimonial of our services.

"I just want you to know that from the very first time that I spoke to you, you were very patient, kind, understanding and answered all my questions. Putting my mind at ease! I know you were dealing with other customers, but you made me feel like as if I was the one and only customer you had. My husband and I evacuated Mansfield, Texas which is 6 hours away from my home.  I have had full trust in you being in my home with being so far away! Then, I met you and you were very  professional yet caring. Thank you for calling me, sending photos of the damage and assuring me that everything is going well in my home. Thank you for making what could've been a stressful time not stressful at all.  I thank God for placing you and your SERVPRO Crew in my life.  May God continue to bless you and your crew.  I hope to see you whenever we can come back and find a place to stay until our home is repaired."

Gratefully Yours,

Roy and Jacquetta F.

Material Removed Drywall and flooring removed from area in order to dry the structure completely

When a customer ends up in the unfortunate situation of needing water remediation, whether it be from a pipe leak, water over flow, or roof leak, it can be quite confusing on the steps that are needed to get your home back to its original state.

Here at SERRVPRO of Palos Verdes we begin our work with the initial phone call. After we have received the information pertaining to the loss, we send out our professional technicians to assess the affected areas and determine the work that is needed to be performed. Often, our technicians will begin drying the affected areas the same day of the inspection by placing the proper equipment which is then monitored over a period of days to achieve the necessary drying specifications. In some instances, demolition and reconstruction services are needed in order to properly dry any area that may have been affected in order to prevent mold or further damage to the structure. It is extremely important to contact our office as soon as you notice any type of water leak so you can be one step ahead of the disaster.

Dia de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead Festival 2019 in San Pedro, Ca.

Dating back to the Pre-Hispanic and Spanish customs, the modern holiday is a synthesis of Aztec and Spanish traditions.  It is not a sad occasion or a time for mourning, rather it is when family and friends gather to remember and celebrated departed loved ones.  In Mexico, Dia de los Muertos is a national holiday, though it is celebrated in other parts of the Latin America and the Philippines as well.
