Water damage to basement

Unfortunately, the unexpected happens quite often, and when it does, we are prepared to handle it. Here at SERVPRO of Palos Verdes we get called out to homes and businesses that are right in the middle of a water loss and their property has been flooded. Many times, customers have no idea where to begin and that is where we come in. We are prepared to assist with the loss from the very start. If insurance is involved, we communicate the plan of action every step f the way with the adjuster and the customer making sure everyone is on the same page. We never want the customer to feel as though they are lost in the process and do not know what is going on.

The customer will be able to address their concerns and ask as many questions as possible they need answered with our trained and professional technicians. We want them to feel confident their property is being taken care of the way it should be.
