Come celebrate strength and join us for our Muscle Walk of Los Angeles!

Muscular Dystrophy is a community of diseases that make muscles weaker and less flexible over time.  Caused by genetics that control how the body keeps muscles healthy. 

Our muscle walks are celebrations of giving strength.  An opportunity to recognize the members of our community. Also to come together and support of our common cause.

Create your own team or sign up for the Muscle Walk as an individual.  Ask others tio join and support you with a donation.  This is a fun experience for all ages and be a rewarding experience.
