Here at SERVPRO of Palos Verdes, we are proud to say that we are LLCRC certified! But what does being LLCRC certified actually mean? LLCRC stands for the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration where they have developed the standards for the industry. They have also developed the language and the terminology that has enabled the industry to communicate more effectively as well as ensuring the correct procedures are being followed when it comes to any loss.
